The Van society

The Van Society are a well established GTA crew focused on the PS4 for mature gamers who like to approach GTAO from a different angle to get the most out of the game.

Since the beginning of this crew we’ve been hosting events every week and we still do.

We also have a great collection of User Created Jobs we have created and collected over the years. Just browse the Jobs section to find some excellent tried and tested jobs.

    Nosferatu ❤'s Dorifuto

    Come and join us on Wednesday 1st April at 20:00 BST for our Nosferatu Loves Dorifuto night. To celebrate our love of Nosferatu and the Karin Futo we are going to get together for a fun night of racing and more.
    All you need to take part is a Karin Futo, if you don’t already own one then you don’t deserve to take part. Your car will be judged on style before your handling and then racing skills are put to the test.

    The usual rules apply, don’t bring the emergency services to the meet, do not bring guns, drive clean and don’t be a bellend.

    Raiders Of The Lost Santos: Easter Egg Hunt

    Come and join us on Wednesday 9th April at 19:30BST (or as close to it as you can manage) for Raiders of The Lost Santos, a 1980s Movie and TV themed Easter Egg Hunt and Playlist.

    We will meet at the Richards Majestic Studios and have a vote on who came with the best costume/vehicle combo and then you will be split into two or three teams depending on the number of sign ups.

    Once in our teams you’ll be shown your first clue and then the treasure hunt around San Andreas will commence.

    Usual rules apply: Don’t bring the emergency services to the meet, don’t discharge your weapons and don’t be a bellend.

    After the treasure hunt, we’ll run a themed playlist which will mostly be racing but will have a couple of surprise opportunities to shoot each other whilst uttering a badass action hero style line.

    The emphasis will be on a lighthearted evening of fun rather than the competition element.

    Black Sapphire SXI Memorial Night

    Come and join us for our Black Sapphire SXI Memorial Night this Friday at 20:00 BST. In memory of everyone’s favourite Corsa, Greg, we will spend the night racing Maxwell Asbo’s with a few other jobs in the mix for fun.

    Bathurst 1000 Endurance Race

    Bishtournaments.com are hosting a 50 lap endurance race on our very own Mt Panorama Circuit, the race takes place on Sunday 19th April at 06:00 AWST.

    The race will be in the Supers class with the following available to race with:

    • Zorusso
    • Autarch
    • RE7B
    • XA21
    • Visione
    • Deveste8
    • Tyrus
    • ETR1
    • Thrax

    This will be a Contact Race with Slipstream ON but Catch up OFF.

    Top Gear $100,000 Challenge

    We are going old skool this week with a Van Society Top Gear $100,000 Challenge. Come and join us on Wednesday 22nd April 2020 at 20:00 BST in any car* that costs less than $100,000 and we will put it through its paces in Los Santos.

    This event is open to current RSC members only and is limited to 8 players (plus the host).

    *The cars must be available for purchase on Southern San Andres Super Auto or Legendary Motorsports websites.

    At the start of the night, the cars must be stock, ie straight from the dealership. No changing colour, adding private plates or anything else.

    We will modify our cars at some point and when we do there will be some rules…

    • No Brake Upgrades
    • No Engine Upgrades
    • No Turbo Upgrades

    When you have decided on your car send JuniorChubb a message on RSCnet so I can confirm nobody else has picked that vehicle. if someone has beaten you to that car you must pick something else so do not purchase your vehicle until it has been confirmed.

    The majority of this night will be in free roam, there is no room for emergency services, guns or stupid behaviour if we want the night to run smoothly. Please bear this in mind!
