The Van society

The Van Society are a well established GTA crew focused on the PS4 for mature gamers who like to approach GTAO from a different angle to get the most out of the game.

Since the beginning of this crew we’ve been hosting events every week and we still do.

We also have a great collection of User Created Jobs we have created and collected over the years. Just browse the Jobs section to find some excellent tried and tested jobs.

  • Forgotten Car Race Night

    Come and join us on Wednesday 5th February for the Forgotten Car Race night. After a meet up in free roam to judge the best looking car we will launch a playlist of races using cars rarely used for racing.

    Pick a car when you sign up. We are looking for cars that have been forgotten when it comes to racing in GTA, don’t worry if you don’t own them as we will use GTA races to spawn them in for you.

    One Wednesday 12th February 2020 The Van Society will be hosting the Street Racing : USA event. Come along and race for Pink Slips in this night of ‘no rules’ street racing in muscle cars.

    After a quick meet up in free roam we will start a night of 1v1 racing on small street circuits with a bit of drag racing in the mix too. Dirty racing will be accepted but only if not seen by the spectators on the night, and if you lose a race you lose your car!

    The winner of the night will be the driver who wins the most cars.

  • Mystery Car February 2020

    Come and join us for our first Top Gear Mystery Car Night of 2020 on Wednesday 19th February at 20:00 GMT. We will start out in free roam where we will have to follow the clues to find the Mystery Car. Once the car is revealed we will all buy it, modify it then spend the night racing it.

    The price of the car will be less than $100k so don’t worry about having to spend millions to join in.

    The usual rules will apply, don’t bring the emergency services along in free roam, don’t kill other players, race clean and respect the other racers…. basically don’t be a bellend.

  • Top Gear Classics Challenge

    This week Van Society are running a Top Gear Classics Challenge on Wednesday 26 February at 20:00 GMT. We will be pitting the Pegassi Monroe, the Karin 190Z and Invetero Coquette Classic against each other.

    Sign up as one of the classic Top Gear hosts to pick your choice of car for the evening. James for the Monroe, Jeremy for the 190Z or Richard for the Coquette Classic.

    You will be racing for your team so can we please spread the driving ability a little. Also do not worry if you do not own any of the cars when you sign up, we can spawn them in for you when racing.
