The Van society

The Van Society are a well established GTA crew focused on the PS4 for mature gamers who like to approach GTAO from a different angle to get the most out of the game.

Since the beginning of this crew we’ve been hosting events every week and we still do.

We also have a great collection of User Created Jobs we have created and collected over the years. Just browse the Jobs section to find some excellent tried and tested jobs.

    Come and join us on Wednesday 6th May at 20:00 BST for Night of the PantoLoons for a night of racing in the Van Society’s mascot cat the Benefactor Panto!

    After a quick meet up and admiration session for the Panto we will jump into a playlist of races. There will be a reward for the best looking car and the best pantaloons too!

    Top Gear Reasonably Priced Cars: Sedans

    This Wednesday at 20:00 BST Challenger will be hosting for us with a Top Gear Reasonably Priced Car night.

    With the prices of vehicles rising with every update, it’s nice to know you can pay less than you get for completing your Daily Challenges. We examine the prospect of competing against each other on a limited budget.

    Rules: Any Sedan purchasable off Southern San Andreas Super Autos

    There is a strict maximum of $23,000 spend on your vehicle. This includes all upgrades (i.e. if you want to add spoiler, you have to add it to the price of the vehicle. Think along the lines of the Porsche challenge ‘spend what you have left after your purchase on upgrading).

    Meet up

    We will meet up at the Galileo Observatory for some free roam testing before moving onto a playlist of races if time allows.

    Beware the penalty car!

    Penalty Car if you don’t buy anything for the races (i.e. doing a Stapp): Stock Emperor.

    Vapid Cup Round 4

    Come and join the Van society for The Vapid Cup round 4 on 20/05/2020 at 20:00 BST. This Championship will put the Vapid brand cars through their paces over an ongoing series of races. The racing will take place roughly every other week as we make our way through the car Vapid has to offer.
